I’m Melanie, and I Help Build the Operational Side of Online Businesses

Through launch strategy, systems, implementation, and operational support, I help freelancers, coaches, and online brands create calmer growth, stronger infrastructure, and more freedom, so your business aligns with the lifestyle you want to live.

I built it all behind the scenes. I started as a Virtual Assistant in 2011 and found myself drawn to the operational side of online business. What began as freelance work just trying to make some money from my laptop evolved into something much bigger. I began supporting founders through launches, backend operations, marketing implementation, systems strategy, and operational growth across multiple brands and industries.

And through all of it, I noticed the same pattern over and over again:

The businesses struggling most usually didn’t have bad ideas.
They had operational bottlenecks.

Too much living in the founder’s head.
Too many moving pieces without structure.
Too much growth happening without the systems to support it.

At the same time, I saw freelancers constantly being taught to focus on low-level tasks instead of developing the kinds of strategic operational skills businesses truly need.

That gap became the foundation of my work.

I believe sustainable freedom comes from stronger systems, smarter strategy, and operational clarity.

For online businesses:
that means creating infrastructure that supports growth without constant chaos and always becoming the bottleneck.

For freelancers:
that means developing valuable, high-level skills that create flexibility, long-term opportunity, and real independence.

That philosophy now shapes everything I build, from strategic operational support for founders to coaching and group support for freelancers.

Because ultimately, both are about the same thing:

Outside of work, you can usually find me at all types of outdoor events from art shows to concerts, going for walks around downtown Kansas City with my husband, and hanging out with our cat Nico.
